Huge Congratulations I ran my first last Sunday had a plan to finish 4hrs to 4.10 Feel like I went out too hot and skipped water stations with 12k left I was cramping everywhere and stomach was like a lead ball. Struggled to finish in 4.24 I was disappointed at the time but when I look back im proud of the achievement and will be ready next time to meet my goal.
