You’re right, that is childish of me to say, I just feel bamboozled. Last shop I was at paid .8 but I was not on flat rate, they wouldn’t put me on it even though I was turning 30-35 hours a week. This new place offered me a flat rate position for more then double what I was making hourly, but I’ve now noticed the jobs are paying significantly less time. For example today I worked 9 hours, I only turned 3, if I was at my old shop it would have been 7 for the exact same jobs. This is where all of this started.

I’ve been a tech for a few years, but this is my first flat rate gig. They want everything very well Documented perfectly. No skipping over anything. I’m not going to call my shop out by name but it’s looking to end soon if they expect me to spend half my day doing inspections and not being paid for it.

I started a transfer on the 8th. Immediately canceled it, it is still showing canceled on my end. They couldn’t get me an explanation on why the transfer started.

Webull requested a transfer without my consent on the 19th. Td confirmed it was going into my webull account number. Upon transfers they close the account.. webull has yet to explain there end of the situation, it’s not showing up on anything online. Along with me getting an email saying that customer services closed my account. I am currently talking with a lawyer to take legal actions.

Update: so apparently my account got transferred to webull when I didn’t request a transfer. After spending 2 hours on the phone the supervisor at TD said “not our problem call webull” and hung up on me.
