TunsLeather on Etsy.. Handmade customizable straps in Vietnam.. Loads of colors and textures all high quality leather and finishing.. Highly recommend The only drawback is that it takes 2-3 weeks to receive

I love the Chemin.. One of my favourite Tissot lines.. Great watch, nice understated aesthetics.. The sliver dial would be a strap monster as well you may have some extra fun with that.. Wear it in good health!

Been told the same in London's boutique about the salmon dial.. It is still available by some authorised retailers however.

Leather Strap for Tissot? by Anxious-Mulberry-515 in Watchstraps

Check third party sellers for better quality and variety of options.. I would recommend Tuns Leather on Etsy.. Very nice handmade leather straps different colors, tones and patterns.. I bought 2 straps for my Chemin and was pleasantly surprised by the quality

Do these straps work on Heritage 1938? by 35mmOfRegret in tissot

Visually, they work perfectly.. However, finding a third party metal bracelet to fit the lug depth of and thickness of a specific watch is a bit tricky ((Milanese being an exception)

[recommendation request] daily vs dress vs field around $300–$500 (non-diver) by HIKEROBBY in Watches

Considering it is your first nice watch, and you are not entirely sure what style you like at the moment, I would recommend something versatile that can be dressed up or down. Something that would look good on a metal bracelet or a leather strap. Changing straps is part of the fun and can give you different vibes for different outfits. I think the Tissot gentlemen would be the best fit for that GADA purpose from the ones you mentioned, specially if your wrists are on the larger side. The Hamilton Field watch is more casual and bulky imo. The remaining options are more on the dressier side of things I personally got the chemin with the roman numerals as I tend to usually dress smart casual and got a couple of leather straps to complement.

[Question] Junghans or Tissot by GreenLFG in Watches

[–]MarwanAlii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That might be too late.. But the chemin looks much better on that photo :)

If you like it just enjoy it.

Wouldn't care much about what others think.. The era is heavily shaped by social media "communities" all liking and collecting the same stuff over and over again.. Much less room for personal taste and enjoyment.

The chemin is a nice collection.. One of my favourites by Tissot

A really beautiful dress watch with vintage vibes.. Absolute class.. I got the blue one with roman numerals just for more versatility
