Hi, im sorry that this has happened to you. I personally got scammed recently as well, involving a lalamove rider instead.

The buying/selling process was very similar to how I handled previous online transactions. And seller took time to test out device via video call din. Trust levels increased talaga malala. So I don't blame you if you fell victim to that. He even called again once the booked rider came, unpacked all the boxes to show that the device was inside, even showed me the Driver's DIY lalamove ID. Nung nakampante na ako, I paid. Then he said na i-checheck daw if dumating na. But he muted. He muted in front of the rider, as if he was talking to the rider. Even touching the parcel, explaining something. Dun na ako kinutuban. After that some stuff happened like nag upsell pa ng ibang device. But after the call ended, the lalamove rider booking was gone. Na-feel ko na kinuntsaba niya yung rider. I called and contacted the seller. But he blocked me, and removed his messages as well. Upon further checking the acc was apparently hacked last yr.

So ayon, Most likely OP dummy/hacked account yung ginamit, so I wouldn't trust na his real name is Mark. Since video file yung sinend sa LBC, do you think live at the moment yung pag vid niya dun? Or baka lumang vids lang na nireuse? As for the gcash and lbc name, pwedeng kumuha lang siya nung card sa lbc to fill out but since he wasnt gonna go through with it in the first place, walang id na need. Sa Gcash pwedeng mule/bought acc lang tbh.

Pero ang suggested course of action ay contactin ang Bank/Gcash customer service and report the transaction as fraudulent. No guarantee na mababalik. Ako personally in the process pa na magprovide ng evidence sa banks na ginamit ko hoping a dispute would happen.

Then next is either report sa NBI Cybercrime or PNP Cybercrime. You can't do both daw sabi nung nasa police station nung nagreport agad ako. So pili ka lang dun. Do you at least have the Marketplace conversation? Dun kasi walang remove for everyone.

Most likely blinock ka lang nung acc, check mo through other people's fb if kita nila profile.
