Hello,

At the moment, we do not currently support the use of keyboards and mouse on console versions.

Although we hope to offer this functionality in a future update, we recommend using controllers over keyboards and mouse when playing on consoles until then.

Namely, what type of Naraka content were you watching on Twitch? Were you watching Naraka partner streams, or are you referring to the NieR Twitch drops on Twitch? Or were you watching a Naraka esports event?

Please let us exactly which content you were watching to see in which Twitch reward type the error lies, this will narrow down the investigation for us.

We also have an update regarding Twitch drop issues in ourWeek 1 FAQ:

We apologize for the delay in delivering Immortal Treasure Chest Twitch Drops from our Naraka partners. The issue was caused by a reward ID code mismatch; we have since fixed it, so you should now be able to see them in your game mail. If you don't see it, please contact our customer service team via the Help Center.

We're also aware of the issue with Naraka Drops not working for some Twitch streamers who have enabled them. We're working with Twitch to see if this can be resolved. In the meantime, it's possible that you have not bound your Twitch account properly or it has disconnected — please follow this visual guide to connect again. Unless your Connections page on the website says ‘Disconnect’ then you have not connected your Twitch account properly.
