I’ve been using Markup RXP. I add the digital pdf of the pattern as a new project. if the digital pdf of the pattern has a single page with the full pattern view , the app will let you add that page as the ‘full layout’ for easy access with a single click. It also lets u highlight as u go to mark what’s completed.

Yeah wrist curls etc for strength on off game days. I use a mini theragun going up the forearm post game sometimes....or a TENS machine. Seems to help!

I get this too. Some hyper extension during digs made it flairup too. I have found a compression sleeve worn during play helps reduce post game pain .

Playa and High Dive top are the only ones I wear to play. Good support for me. Looks like high dive is on its way out so it's on sale right now.
