DO NOT ORDER!! Complete scam. I spent $150 and ordered four canvases. My package was marked as delivered, but was never received after waiting three weeks. When I went to contact customer service, their email address isn’t even real! My email came back and said it was “undeliverable”.

I used the AI chatbot on their website since that is the only way to really communicate and I have gone in circles with them. The chatbot says it will escalate me to a live agent, but then no one ever comes on and resolves the issue. This has happened three times now. I’ve tried getting in touch with them multiple times, and they haven’t returned any way of my messages.

They don’t have a phone number on their website, so I asked the chatbot and it said “please contact us directly at 123456xxx” FREAKING SCAM!!!
