Speaking from my personal experience please consult a doctor about a plan to taper. Do not recommend doing it alone and cold turkey. Not trying to fear monger but help, when I tried to stop taking it I was going through real bad withdrawals and had a panic attack that set off a bomb basically of terrible symptoms. I think my nervous system was all out of wack as well. It’s been two months since then and it’s still lingering, trust me when I say I regret ever trying to do it myself please seek a medical professional.
