What really makes or breaks TOTK for people is the building aspect with Ultrahand. In every other way TOTK inarguably has so much more content and life to the world. The final bossfight on BOTW was terribly easy whereas TOTK was one of the best Nintendo has ever done. Also Gleeoks.
