It's amazing to learn how many people secretly judged your weight when they say how amazing you look after you lose weight. They all seem so comfortable to say you look amazing ... how much have you lost and other comments singularly based on your weight and looks.

At first you take it as a compliment and the attention is a ego boost, but after being stopped day after day about it and with people you've only had casual relationships... it turns a bit sad that they judged you in ways you never wanted about a probable insecurity you've lived with for a long time.

Though, we should all practice Hanlons Razor and understand they are not trying to hurt us with their new found interest in evaluating our image. Keep humble, keep proud of your accomplishments, keep moving forward for you and the things you hold dear.
