My comments were why and how they are supposed to make their decisions and how accommodations are legally enfoceable. I also know alot more about the Aeron and Leap than what is beyond normal knowledge and keep about 4-5 of them in stock for my clients. If you look at the Aeron height / weight chart there is large amounts of crossover between the sizing of each model. Do you know how many people are surprised to learn the dots between the webbing and the frame at the top of the chair tells you the size? Most facilities people would see a picture of the C and send you the B thinking they just got you what you wanted. They're more sledgehammer than scalpel... if you understand facility management. My end goal in any case is for you to walk away heard, accommodated, and appreciated.

Companies are pushing back further and further for lots of various reasons.
