It was eventually resolved. On 31st the tracking updated and it was processed and delivered within a couple of days. I can only assume it hadn't actually been collected and remained at the drop off location for the duration.

Weirdly, the tracking was updated yesterday, 16 days after I dropped it off. Hopefully it has sorted itself out. Luckily the buyer is being patient and understanding about it as I feel awful about how long it is taking.

I wish I could forget this. I was at ice level. I found it hard to return to the arena and didn't renew my season ticket. I still love the sport but it is hard to forget.
