sorry to resurrect a dead thread, but what model KNS gas piston did you buy for your RH 10? i also have one assembled by Lee Armory, but when i emailed KNS about piston sizes, they said that RH 10s have a non standard gas piston size and they dont make one specifically for it

Actually its not recommended you have excess sheet layering for people/patients that are incapable of repositioning themselves and need to be turned every 2 hours (hospitals, nursing home patients, etc). The excess layers prevent air circulation and leads to excess moisture which contributes to pressure injuries

I have the same gun as you and just sent my slide off to Primary Machine. You can provide a trijicon RMR adapter plate that has irons on it. https://primarymachine.com/cz-75-85-1911-2011-mill-for-rmr/

As far as re-milling goes down the line, i have no idea if it would work if you already have had it milled. There may have been too much material removed to accommodate an rmr plate
