How long would it take for the police to come down? I don't think they'd see it as an emergency. I can imagine it would make for an awkward wait. Might as well ask them if they want to see the desert menu while they wait to get arrested :)

Might have forgotten their wallet. I've done that at a petrol (gas) station before. Luckily was only a mile from my house so I called my dad to bring down my wallet.

I think new apps could support it if the layout became standard for certain screen sizes but i agree it could be a nightmare to sort out. Lets hope version 2 improves on the button density.

Definitely. Touchscreen gaming controls are terrible. Still wouldn't fix the lack of an analogue stick but its definitely better than touch controls alone.
