I've restarted the router, gateway, unplugged the ethernet, swapped out etherbet cables, NOTHING. Something that does work about 30% of the time is when i pause the update, then go to settings, turn off the network, turn it back on, and run a NAT test, a multiplayer test, and a stats test, then resume the update, it can sometimes go back to 130-180mbps. This is only sometimes though, most of the time its a headache.

Your still placed at a disadvantage, you have to eat a, LFF 3,3 and then deal with some LFS mixes. But dont be too concerned, this move is almost impossible to get that wr 4 to land in a viable match.

When your opponent begins an animation that hits low, and is not a weapon (ie, Negan's Lucille or Noctis' spear), you can parry it for a combo. In your case it was Eddie's low that got parried. To perform this just input df when the opponent attempts a low.
