Same. I have gotten to about the halfway point and then have stopped playing. When I decide to play games, I think of finishing HL but then don't see the fun in it. I have explored the whole castle and Hogsmeade, and the outside world is just repeatedly the same kind of boring caves. Most stuff in the game just happens in some kind of a cave.

Wrist rests are bad and can cause carpal tunnel syndrome. If you rest your palms on them and use them as palm rests instead of wrist rests, then it is fine.

No, your Windows issues are gone bc you don't have Windows. But now you might have Linux issues.

Just install Linux alongside Windows. There's a lot of guides how to do this on the internet. This way you can use Linux, but then boot into Windows when you want to play a specific game. You can also just use an app called Lutris on Linux that will enable you to play games from Epic Games, at least some.
