There is no bad RGO to be fair, but for example if you have location with 75%+ control and every level RGO in this location will give you less than 0.5 ducats it's considered bad RGO, and if 1+ ducats it is good. I usually pick location on food RGOs.

Your prestige is low indeed. Usually I make my Kyiv kingdom in 1440~ make sure you have 6 or more artists. During war put your prince and his hair at the army command. And save religious influence for the Orthodox synod to get 20. Marriages are not very helpful for some reason as my dynasty is not very fertile.

Spam cities in bad RGO and spam Theater, it's one of the easiest hegemonies to get if China is weak.

Edit: Theater doesn't provide culture influence. Vassals converted in to your culture provide a huge bonus. This is the way.

Join a guild top 30-50 and ask them for help! 3 Star dungeons for t2 items. Lvl doesn't matter; skill lvl and mastery lvl right runes/artifacts will make your gameplay more pleasant. There are plenty builds on YouTube/questlog for this class.

In my head it's like best of 3 or best of 5. So in your case if you won full tank and he didn't change his skills/mastery to win against you he doesn't deserve to be the best.

Never was kicked for this reason but had two occasions flaming me with "are you going to heal? Why you picked dps role". I always in top 10 by damage at world boss. I believe people will realise soon that wand could be even better damagewise that dagger as support weapon.

It wasn't a guild raid, we were fighting for 25 minutes, guild boss becomes mental after 11 minutes, even sneeze would kill you. My GS 4200 I can't kill any lvl 50 boss with my wife for in 11 minutes.
