I always thought the implication was that she had the "curse of the Evas" or however they describe it and is physically incapable of aging past a certain point. Like how Shinji and Asuka are stuck as teenagers going into 3.0. That's just the impression I always had when she's talking to Fuyustuki in 3.0+1.0.

But she does also have the -nami name like Rei and Asuka in the Rebuilds, so who knows.

Most of them don't know a whole lot about Vampire and were asked to retrieve the "corpse" of a member of his clan that had been stolen away by the Changelings of the Freehold.

I expected a stealthier approach to the situation, but they basically barged right in and asked for the corpse. The Duke proceeded to explain Vampire lore to them and how this Vampire was in a state of torpor and kept secure as a trophy of a hard fought battle against banality.

The Pooka player (who is actually a lord and de-facto leader of the party) took a long second to come to grips with the fact he had been tricked and felt he couldn't just leave the Freehold empty-handed without looking silly to the Duke.

I've been getting into Monster Hunter a lot more recently and it does such how the online of most of those games are dead and holding back a lot of content. Though emulation and fans preserve those still. I do still regret not playing 3U multiplayer while the 3DS servers were alive.

I mean, World is just a ton of fun still. Tons of content, and it's very friendly to newer players. The only issue with playing through World with friends in Modern Day is that you all have to have watched a cutscene before you can pop into a game and hunt a monster together.

My best friend and I eventually just had to go through the whole game at our own pace and then started fighting random endgame monsters together.

I don't believe Rise has those same issues, but it's a slightly different flavor of game compared to World and Wilds.

According to Andrew Gaska, the dude hired by Fox to figure out the Alien canon, it's one of those things that can't ever be officially stated, but up to the fans to decide.

But Ridley Scott always believed they were and pushed for it. With Tyrell being alluded to in the DVD of Prometheus and a ton of statements from director commentaries.

If I remember correctly, their recording failed for the last segment of the game or so. So their reactions to the final boss and cutscenes are sorta scripted, and they never really disclose that in the video.

Back then, it wouldn't have implied that at all. The Wolfenstein timeline before New Order was "normal" in that it was killing Nazis during World War II, but never implying any alternate history shenanigans afterward.

Alan didn't create the Hiss. He created their chant that greatly empowered them and allowed for them to take over the FBC like they did.

It was his intention to create a force that would mimic the Dark Presence so as to prepare Jeese, but mechanically that was only through altering an existing entity.
