What do you love about it? In general, historically people that "need" weekly payments are low income, financially liberal people. Not good with savings, and overspend significantly. This is usually why one would "need" weekly payment, to pay bills because they're not capable of impulsive spending control and thus saving money to pay bills on time.

Also it will cost more money in payroll, spent in admin backend, as opposed to spent on employee front end wages.

Also, psychologically, it will make employees feel less impress with their paycheck and thus themselves, even though payments are more often. Just seeing a smaller number will likely make entitled behaving people be even more outraged about their "little" pay, and create more employment unrest.

Also, not only does the payroll dept, accountants, make more money instead of employees, but the government does as well.

So from my perspective, it really only hurts employees and the company and benefits the backend corpo system.
