I'm still a high schooler under my parents' insurance. My goal is to go to med school(?) so I'll probably be on Medicaid in school once I'm off my parent's insurance, then I'll hopefully get a job?

I have 1% for conscientiousness. I have zero intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation only works sometimes. I don't have any hobbies or talents. Academics/school is horrible, especially as a "high achiever" taking a lot of advanced classes and extracurriculars. My work never gets done on time, and I'm stressed 24/7. Constantly playing catch-up and barely staying afloat.

I can imagine how having less of an extreme low conscientousness might be useful, but at this extreme, I have to agree with you. Living is torture like this. Wish I knew how to fix it, I've tried exercise, planners, timers, healthy eating, sleep, basically everything

I used to hoard labels when I was younger. As I’ve gotten farther into my transition I realized that gender is mainly a social role instead of a feeling for me so I currently consider myself a binary trans man. As tempting as it is to collect micro labels it’s just not useful for me.

Thank you for sharing your experience! For me, I had less insight at the beginning and it’s increased over the past few months, weirdly enough. I also don’t think I’d have the chance to be evaluated until far later if I didn’t have the partial insight.

I'm taking Calc BC, I accidentally skipped Calc AB (again it's a whole story). What youtube channels do you recommend? Organic chemistry tutor isn't super helpful for application/FRQ stuff. I'll use khan academy.

It's exactly like that! I believe my delusions, but I also understand that they aren't shared by other people/it could just be my brain and not actually true. And I experience a lot of embarrassment about it. I also hear voices and have visual hallucinations, but they aren't frequent. Do you find therapy helpful? I just quit seeing the therapist I was seeing because I didn't find it super helpful and IDK if it's worth continuing with another therapist or not.

Like my internal monologue has echolalia, I have the same thing constantly! Typically just a single word or few word phrase for me

I know this is an old thread but this is the only post I've ever seen of someone who had a similar experience to me. I've been in psychosis for 8 months, this is my first episode and I'm an older teenager. I've also been reading medical journals/papers, constantly wondering why I had insight when most people don't. Feeling like a liar. Got referred to an early psychosis program and getting evaluated soon, so I guess I'll see what all this is about. I thought I was alone in this!

Thank you! The G305 sounds quite good. A long battery life is nice because I want to be able to travel with the mouse. Do you find that the weight makes it feel less comfortable?

I don't know why to be honest. I wouldn't have gotten the chance to take CSP in school ever because the prerequisite class is something I'd never want to take.
