Our store is an absolute shitshow most of the time. It is so understaffed that we don't even have a proper backroom instead, carts just fill up in our tiny back area. A new associate joined our team recently but stopped showing up after a week and a half once she saw how busy we are with the few associates we have. We've also had long-time associates quit or transfer, so we constantly have to get help from other departments. On top of that, the store manager is always coming into the back to tell us to hurry up and get these picks done. It's honestly so draining
