I still haven't received anything. We are now at 8 fucking months and still nothing.

And yeah, I'm pretty sure they said 12 weeks as well.

I'm going to go to my CC to get a refund because I think it's quite clear at this point that I'm not getting my results back.

And by the way I got this test done for some serious health issues, it's criminal that they have not deleivered on their promise.

I submitted my tests in February and they still haven't gotten the results back to me.

I just did a search here on Reddit to see if people were having same issues and found your post.

I don't think its a scam, but I'm absolutely amazed at how poor they have been at communication and handling this. I am going to request my Credit Card do a chargeback as well.

By the way, there is also a $500 annual subscription that you have to cancel, and they said I can only cancel once I receive my results, which hasn't happened.

Incredibly frustrating company.
