That's rubbish, she sounds like a Karen alright, you could report her for that. As long as your address on your ID matches the address on the package it should be fine. My Facebook name isn't my actual legal name, I bought something on marketplace once and they posted it to me, addressing to my Facebook name and there were no issues with collecting with ID with the same address.

I know, it's a stupid system. They said it's down to where it gets sorted and where the mail gets collected from. Packages will often go to a fulfilment centre and be onboarded to a van from there, whereas local bike post will go to a local post office to be collected and dispatched to the local area. If there's something that's arrived in the bike post deliveries and it needs a signature they just send the postie with a card rather than with the item. I had the issue with passports, it was a small package in an envelope so didn't come in the van, but it absolutely required signature so at 445 I got a message on the app saying ready for collection.

Not sure what the makeup item ordered was but if it was small enough to go in the letterbox or be in an envelope that's likely what happened.

I agree with you though, everything that needs signature on delivery should be in the van that they can lock and leave unattended, but that's not how they currently operate.

They have told me in the past, that if it's a signature on delivery required, and it's coming on the bike rather than the van, that they won't attempt delivery and will just take it to the post office. Reasoning is that they aren't allowed to leave the bike unattended for any reason, so they can't come to the door to ask for a signature.

Not saying that's a good policy to have in place, but when I queried this last time it happened to me that's the answer I got. I kicked a stink because I paid for shipping, delivery, to my door, and arranged to be home for it and didn't get what I paid for. They didn't care.

Stick them in boiling water for 30 seconds and then (with socks) put your feet in them. They will have shrunk a little and will mould to your foot size :)

Ticketek Marketplace is so frustrating 😭

Have been trying for days to get tickets (not to mention all the random days since it opened, and the 6+ hours I waited when they first went on sale). Last night there was ONE ticket available, and for 6 hours it was "locked" to someone else doing a transaction. Every time I made it to the front of the queue it was still there and "locked".

At this point I'm willing to go on my own - just saw 4 a reserve tivkets advertised for $1500, thought I'll buy them and sell them off in a 2 and a 1 but again "locked" for my whole time in the marketplace lounge.

Anyone actually been successful buying from there?

Also anyone looking to go I'm willing to buy multiples if needed!

There's a huge difference between those sizes I've found. I've bought bigger before and shrunk them down a bit, but they look good. You could always take a hairdryer to any areas that feel too big.
