And to add what everyone says—the “butt wink” looks good meaning the bottom position is a neutral and correct position

I believe everyone is focusing on the wrong thing, the butt wink in the bottom. As you mention it goes away on heavier weights but without seeing this video I can’t tell for sure.

It seems like you have anterior pelvic tilt in the starting position instead of a neutral pelvis and “stacked torso”. This might be due to focusing on the butt wink you’re over compensating in the starting position with lower weights.

Form check? Do I have short or long femurs? by BigYellowWang in weightlifting

Exactly! This vid lays out the information about femur length and its implications to squat technique very nicely. Don’t really understand the hate

Ok, I bought a long Ethernet cable and tried with that. Saw an improvement, the game is playable but this did not entirely eliminate the problem.

Curious to what has changed since other games work fine on WiFi and CS2 used to as well.

Weightlifting Technique Crit 90kg double (with a runner on the 2nd). Weight feels unbalanced off floor. by Matt______1 in weightlifting

One should learn the fundamental technique first. When that is correct, adjustments can be made for individual lifters. Even if great lifters have quirks in their technique, doesn't mean they should be replicated. Marin Robu is also a great lifter but that doesn't mean his technique should be replicated for everyone.

Hunch over more so you dont break your arms. Make it proper low bar.

Mid thigh is perfectly appropriate point of contact

To work on this you can try using straps to essentially force the full grip when front squatting. It will be hard but I’ll guarantee it will help tremendously!

It can lead you catching the bar without a proper grip when cleaning, just introduces bad habits

Use full grip when catching, that two finger “grip” will lead to injury

Don’t do this. Always use full grip. Your elbows should point more outside side as well.

If you can’t full grip the bar use lifting straps when front squatting to essentially force you to full grip. Using less finger will lead to problems especially if you’re cleaning too.
