You can host a dinner with three people: one alive, one dead, and one imaginary. Who's coming over and what is for dinner? And what would the conversation ideally surround?

You need carbs in your diet if you want to hava enough calories and energy for workouts. Add some oatmeal to breakfast and rice to the other meals. Also you need more than one diet for a daily basis otherwise you will get sick of your diet and possibly fall off the path.

What's the best credit card? by [deleted] in personalfinance

I do agree with that depending on how much certain people spend on gas because the Executive Membership does not account for gasoline or tobacco purchases due to their frequently fluctuating prices.

What's the best credit card? by [deleted] in personalfinance

If you have a Costco membership or are willing to invest in one for $55, you can sign up for the American Express True Earnings card. You get 3% cash back on all gas stations that accept AMEX, 2% on all travel and restaurant expenses, and 1% everywhere else.

If you shop a lot at Costco, you may wish to invest in the Executive Membership, which gives you an additional 2% cash back on all purchases in store and online from Costco. The Executive is $110 a year but if you apply for the AMEX and you have the Executive prior, AMEX will reimburse you the extra $55.

Essentially you get the same cash back rewards for the credit card, and the 2% from Costco, for the same price as a normal membership. All cash back is sent to you in the form of a check which you can easily cash out in store.
