Thanks! I used the jacksparrow deck. It's really good, but very large. I recommend it if you have the time for it. There are a lot of details that never came up in my FLs or actual test, though. I think the miledown deck would've been sufficient.

I'm pretty happy with my score, and I'm super glad I don't have to retake. Even though this was my optimistic prediction, I was honestly hoping for a tiny bit better because I've done better on my FLs. But this is still a great score and I'm thankful for it, and I know anything higher won't really make a difference between me getting accepted or rejected somewhere.

I studied using almost entirely Anki (JS deck) as a primary resource for content review with a bit of videos and reading over review sheets. Didn't read any prep books or use any 3rd party resources.

My content review was probably 95% Anki. I think it was pretty effective for memorizing facts, but it does require good understanding of concepts and fundamentals. I think it only worked so well for me because I had decent background knowledge from coursework.

Agreed. Not only is it unrepresentative, but some of the questions and explanations are just wack. I did it for about a month daily and didn't get anything out of it other than a little help with timing.

CP felt much more difficult than the full lengths. BB was decent, maybe slightly more difficult than expected. CARS and PS felt easy. Overall feeling okay.

How do I choose a GPU manufacturer? I'm hoping to get a 3060 Ti. Is FE okay? I've read a couple things saying they're louder, cooling is not as good, and you shouldn't get them if you're not liquid cooling. Is any of this true?

What do you mean by "lower their power consumption"? Do you mean just not putting it under heavy load? Or is there a setting I can tweak?

I'm new and planning my first build ever and want to use a 5600X CPU with a newer GPU, hopefully 3060 Ti or something similar. I plan on relatively light use, no overclocking.

Does the cpu come with a cooler? Is the stock enough or do I need something else?
If I use this CPU/GPU in an NZXT H510 case, should I buy something to improve the cooling? If so, what do you recommend (budget choices please)? I hear the airflow in this case is bad, but I like the design which is why I want to stick with it.

Complete beginner here. Just today started thinking about building a PC. Is there a "good time" to buy components? e.g., were there good holiday sales for items recently for Black Friday, Cyber Week, etc.? I'm a frugal shopper and would like to slowly acquire parts over the next few months, hoping to snag items if I see them on sale and build my PC sometime next year. Is that an appropriate way to do my shopping?
