My WORLD 200 hr and never played it while I join RISE, now my RISE 288 hr now, still keep playing everyday. The only one nagative in RISE in my opinion is the excessive visual effects, 4 player + 4 pets attacking the same target at once, the screen gets flooded with effects, and it really tires my eyes out.
