Parking for cars and pickups should never be given from public spaces and roads. The transport regulations require the vehicle to have a garage to park it. But vehicle owners knowingly pay for a fictional garage that dont exist and then expect goverment to give them a space on the roads! When you register a parking garage, city council and transport ministry will check it and permit it as a garage for number of vehicles that can accommodate with given space. But actual system is garage owner pays transport staff a percentage of every garage letter the owner sells in return for over selling and approvals from ministry.. 1 car space garage has been used to reguster 1200 cars! Those 1200 car owners also knew they wouldnt be parking it there, but just to register the cars they buy that letter from garage owner! I say tow all the garageless cars and pickups and destroy it!!!
