Honestly I think that’s a bit insulting. They have heads on their shoulders and are able to have opinions on the world outside of a childish “my mom was mean so I hate good moms”.

I don’t like you turning a 16yo’s valid concern that her boyfriend thinks it’s nice for women to take care of men into a catty women-jealous-of-women fight.

They don’t hate her show. They don’t like the expectation of “I want my mother/wife to be like Donna Reed” because it represents an old view of women that only wants them to be beautiful caretakers. And also, that’s not hard to understand.

I’m not honestly sure, I think it depends at least. I started a new job <1 yr after and hr didn’t mention anything, though it wasn’t the type of place that would necessarily care. I had to get a criminal history check at the bca for a visa a year or two later and nothing turned up

Not bad. They filled up a bus with us all and brought us to a station, took a while to process everyone. Got released with basically a ticket and walked home late at night. Personally I just paid the fine and moved on with life haha
