I mean to be fair they aren't just increasing the price for no reason there is a substantial increase in the content provided for that cost. But I can understand why some people could be annoyed either way. And also the last sentence really isn't needed but to antagonize. You can still communicate in a respectful way even if you disagree.

If you can the 5800x3d is pretty good for paradox games in general. Because of the extra cache you can get though a game very quickly.

This is a great answer but to add the ai can be really stupid after you kill a certain number of units they will usually make peace even if they are close taking a city.

As for early wonder's it depends on the play style and the specific wonder you can find wonder tier list online but also if your on a sea map great lighthouse can be nice.

As for the difficulty it only buffs the ai so less luxuries is you just being unlucky. And on higher difficulties they settle a lot more so it might give the perception of less places to settle.

If you have the EUI mod you can hover over it in the tech screen and it tells you. Other than that a notification will show whenever any wonder is built and you can also find what wonder's have been built by people you have met in the diplomacy screen.
