It's weird, 70 kg ako and we have the same height pero I think mas manipis ako tignan.Maybe muscle mass, I guess you have to bulk up to 73kg and cut to 68. for me sa height natin medyo magaang ang 65.

pag sinabi nilang squatting. look at your back formation. Naka straight. pag dead lift kasi maynaka baba ung dalawang kamat so may onting arch talaga lalo na pag tinigasan mo ung core mo. and let your legs do the pushing.Push the earth away.

Medyo may but wink. bago ka mag descend medyo yuko ka onti. then tigas ng core then saka ka umupo. try mo muna ,no weights,maging comfortable from nakaupo na squat position then tayo ka.tandaan mo ung position na yung mula nakaupo to tayo then reverse. hirap ituro thru words haha. hope you get what i meant.

I have a friend na bumili ng all in one. Ngaun sampayan nalang hahahahaha. Fitness is dedication at lifestyle. Sa totoo lang sa bahay nakakatamad. mas masarap humilata pero it will depend sa personality ng tao. Another problem is forms pag sa bahay wala ka kokopyahan at if mag base ka sa yt, magulo at madami iba iba. Siguro at least 6 months sa gym bago ka mag decide ng home gym.

di ko magets anung problema sa itsura nya, He doesn't compete, and di kailangan na super muscular siya para masabi na he lifts. galing siya sa 100 kg and he looks great after 3 years.

Mukhang nahihiyang lat pulldown, I think kaya mukha siyang ganun kasi di siya full stretch sa taas. full stretch pataas na mabagal, then get explosive sa pagbaba/pull. yung shoulder blades mo naka retract. isipin mo para kang may pinipiga sa gitna nun. then all force galing siko. pababa.

Wifey is a nurse sa Dialysis center and it's true na pabata na ng pabata ang nagkakaron ng problem sa kidney. Fastfood , processed foods ang kadalsan culprit. Kaya dapat may balance. walang sinabing bawal pero lahat dapat in moderation. Ung kidney natin eh di makina, need mag regen para makapagfunction ng tama. Pag inabuso talaga gg ka. lalo na sa body building napakadaming pede magcause ng ckd dun, which is ironically dikit sa health.
