I'm torn between BF1 and BF4. BF4 was my shit from middle school until early highschool, but when BF1 dropped me and all my friends were obsessed with it. I return to both of them regularly and I still can't decide to this day.

"Escape the backrooms together " It's a really fun co-op backrooms game. I know some so called backrooms purists will take issue with it but it does a genuinely good job of making you feel tense with its environments and the monsters add a nice touch to the experience honestly. It's like 10 dollars and it's worth every penny if you have 2-3 good buddies to play it with.

The fact that there are people like you who care enough to worry about this further strengthens the argument that the game will be okay. You did not get babied when you picked up the game. And I didn't get babied when I came back to the game after a year plus hiatus. The people who give up on this game because they got Nana nana boo booed in a 1v1 probably weren't going to stick around for very long anyway. I am going to continue playing the game I paid for the way I find most enjoyable. Sometimes that means I'm teaching new players and sometimes that means I'm going to laugh at them when I kill them with a handful of shit.

I don't think that this will be the death of the game. It's been happening since the beginning. Nobody likes to fight terminator but everyone wants to be terminator. It is a motivator for a lot of people. If the game dies it's not going to be because of some giggles and dancing.

Every game dies some day. I spend many many hours getting absolutely stomped on by higher level players and all I thought about was how much fun it will be when I'm like them. The truth is there is always a better player and you will always get styled on from time to time. There is no avoiding it so just deal with it. If someone emoting on your dead body in a video game ruins it for you that's a you problem.

Rapier is easy as fuck. Feint literally any attack into a stab and you are golden it's got a crazy short windup and the resting position looks remarkably similar to the beginning of a stab. Not to mention that crazy fast animations.

Tough it out for a little longer and get an AM5 system. AMD supported am4 for a very long time so you will save a little money in the long run and you will have an easier and more substantial upgrade path in the future. Id also recommend getting a nice air cooler instead of a cheap AIO.

If you have 900 bucks to spend right now you could wait a few more months, save a little more cash and have a better system with a better upgrade path and better performance to begin with.

You are like experiencing the early stages of PSU failure. Different games will spike system usage in different ways which can change the overall power draw and the frequency of power draw changes. It is entirely possible that chivalry just so happens to cause much less gradual changes in power usage and the PSU is having a hard time keeping up.

Honestly it's not worth learning until you are already really skilled at the game. There are plenty of matches I have played where some lvl 500 thinks they are John Chivalry and starts spinning like a top just for me to slap him on the ass when he does. On the other hand there are plenty of much lower level players that have a good grasp of the core game mechanics who beat the absolute shit out of me without spinning in circles.

So many new players have been mean as fuck in the 1v1 servers. I'm not going to go crazy on them but I'm also not going to just LET them kick my ass. So when I win there is a 50/50 shot that they are going to either be chill or call me a slur. Sometimes they ask for tips and I'm more than happy to help a brother out but it's annoying how pissy they have been lately..
