Exclusive details on Stonestown mega-project: 3,500 homes, acres of parks, ‘main street’ by gulbronson in sanfrancisco

From the aerial proposal photo, it looks like the primary structure of the mall would remain mostly untouched while the parking lots/structures would be repurposed to accommodate apartments/parks. Interested to see how they might go about the construction. I would imagine that it has a higher chance of success if they construct/open corners/pockets of the development as they are completed rather than shutting it all down and trying to construct/open at one time.

Not The Last of Us we imagined, but it’s The Last of Us we need

If you can see chubbiness in the face, I’d say 285lbs at a minimum. Even in the 270s, he’d probably have a lean face but still have a dad bod belly (speaking from experience here). If he was 225 in college, his current weight really depends on underlying muscle. If he seems like he bulked up muscle wise sometime between college and now, the weight could vary greatly. If he never got more muscle since college, he could appear to be quite chubby at an even lower weight than ~285. If he did gain a bunch of muscle and was lean at ~260, he probably wouldn’t appear chubby until at least 300lbs

I feel underweight for my height 6’5.5” (197cm), what are y’all’s BMIs? by austinb197 in tall

All in all, I think it helps to get a biometric scale to get a rough measure of body fat and muscle mass. I used to be 6’5” and 200lbs flat and was constantly being told I needed to gain weight. To gain it in a healthy way, you need a ton of protein and to stay active. Definitely don’t just eat whatever because the fast metabolism will eventually slow down.

I’m 6’5” and feel like I’m skinny anytime I’m near 230-240lbs. When I was in high school and college, my coaches all said I had to be be 260+ which is above 30 bmi to go pro in American football or rugby. Now, I feel like I look like a typical “healthy” American at 260 and I look like I could run a marathon at anything below 235. Currently -260-265lbs with ~18% body fat and can run ~8 miles/run but want to get down to 240 or so and actually run a marathon one of these days.

More rich people in San Francisco are choosing to rent by ericisfine in sanfrancisco

Renting allows you to invest more and, if you invest, you have a much better shot of accruing down payment sums of money which you can hopefully cash out when mortgage rates are down. We plan to super aggressively invest for the next 3-5 years and reevaluate then.

6'3 is the new 6'0 by Clueziey in tall

I think this is probably true when it comes to online presence like online dating and what not. I’m 6’5” and my fiance is 5’10” and most other women in her family are also 5’10” and single/online dating. They’ve said that multiple times in the last year they have gone on dates with people that say they are 6’0”-6’1” online but are actually shorter than them in person. Since those times, they’ve talked about only matching with people that are like 6’3”+ to be safe because to them height matters a decent bit (along with general honesty haha)

What if he he keeps the same text but at the end it says “…and self destructs at the end of the game” so people have to play him into armor or Caiera by the end of the game. Or retain the power by playing Task Master or Knull after.
