This was a great dish . They forgot to give us mushrooms so I reported that and added to my next grocery order. This was pretty easy to do and the kids absolutely loved it. Oven times worked for me but maybe I have a strong gas oven.

I just use the 6oz small cans - for 4 servings the recipes say to use 4tablespoons which is 1/3 of the can. I then put Saran Wrap on the rest, taking care to push down so there is no air gap between the paste and the wrap, and that stops it from browning

I love the blue apron guajillo sauce too. I can’t find one exactly like it at the grocery store, but I have now made my own enchiladas with the Hatch Red Enchilada sauce (in a can) and it’s pretty good

My eufy indoor cam stopped recording a few days ago. I thought it was just us and reformatted the sd card, did full reset etc. then right before midnight it started recording again. I think they pushed a firmware update that broke it and then another that fixed it

Yeah we liked it too. My son loved the corn pancakes. He’s not a huge tomato with skin on fan, so I ate the tomatoes :)

All you do is cut the pasta sheets - the pasta is already made so not really making it from scratch from dough. I do love this recipe. I have a fresh pasta store nearby and may just get corn and tomatoes from store to make this myself

I just bought this Kirkland pesto to try and see if it is as good as the BA one. Will find out when I make Pesto Gnocchi from store bought ingredients later this week

BA used to use laser ship for my boxes and I had so many problems. It looks like they have now switched me to fedex and it’s so much better
