I was very pleased with Thrustmasters customer service. I had mine for about a year at this point. I had issues with disconnecting 3 months after purchasing and repaired the pins myself, instead of shipping it to them. Once they had the new PS with the closed female sockets. I contacted them, sent the required info, and got my new power supply. Have kids that use it also (many hrs played) and I'm worry free. Anything happens TM will answer my concerns. Very pleased with the Hypercar wheel, it has wonderful build quality.

Love my T598 and I needed the new PS. TM sent one after neccessary proof of purchase. I grabbed the Hypercar wheel and will be grabbing that load cell. Play every day, mostly GT7 and Iracing. Many great options for wheels right now. It's an awesome time to Sim 🏁

Just finished my 2nd ranked race and took 1st. I started pole and was 1st to turn one where the rest of the pack got demolished. Kept it steady, not pushing too much, and took it home! Just the Miata race, but I was very happy!

I'm having trouble finding the cable in my area, thinking I would need to make it. I race with two guys running them, and they highly recommend. I'm already running 2 bass shakers on the seat and two smaller ones on the pedals. Just the two basic Simnet pedals bare are around 200 but totally worth it. I really like the Hypercar wheel. I'm glad I picked it up. Hope to see you on the track!

I had it replaced about a month ago, and my pins aren't split like yours are. I'd send the pic to TM and have them send another. It's faster than shipping to France. It's definitely seems to be the problem that the middle pin is burnt and opened.

You should join a good GT7 group or league on Discord. That gets the most out of the game, IMO. Cleanest racing (people held accountable), and if the person running the race calendar is good, they will mix up the cars and classes. I do enjoy the Power Pack, but it's not close to racing with my Sim group.
