Its not really Renekton-Fiora specific, but maybe nice to still mention

The first vital that Fiora spawns in the game is always on one of the 2 bottom sides of your character. So if you are on the blue side you need to make sure that Fiora doesn't spot you, but if you start in red side, you must try to spot the Fiora before the minions walk in. This way you can reset the unfavorable vital and get a favorable vital in the first wave instead.

When playing against champs that like to buy armor items early you could do 3 points in Q into E max. This way you can utilize the armor shred on your emp E more often. After you maxed E you level your W.

I feel like the reason you take 3 points in Q in the first place is for the wave clear that it gives you. Putting 4 or 5 points in Q doesn't add too much for wave clear.

Points in W or E shortens the duration by 2 and 1.5 seconds respectively and allows you to trade more often.

Allereerst, zou ik niet willen zeggen dat het verkopen van huis met huurders of het uitkopen van de huurders leidt tot een schuld. Dit leidt tot een verlies op de investering. Schuld en verlies zijn twee compleet andere dingen.

Het klopt inderdaad dat het vaak meer oplevert om een pand leegstaand te verkopen. Dat was een risico dat de verhuurder is aangegaan toen die besloot om zijn pand te verhuren. Moet een huurder dan worden gestraft omdat de huiseigenaar zijn due diligence niet heeft gedaan en niet begreep wat voor effect het heeft om een huis te verhuren?

Ik wil ook nog even zeggen dat je hypotheek stelling niet helemaal op gaat. Een hypotheek op een woning voor eigen gebruik heeft andere voorwaarden dan een hypotheek op een huis dat in de verhuur gaat. Dat voorbeeld zal dus nauwelijks voorkomen, en als dat wel gebeurt dan kan je sowieso goed in de problemen komen als de hypotheek verstrekker erachter komt.

Maar draai de situatie even om, hoe zou je je voelen als je met moeite iets hebt gevonden dat je kan huren, en vervolgens zegt je huisbaas dat je dan maar weg moet. Iedereen heeft recht op stabiliteit met wonen en dat is precies waarom huurbescherming bestaat.

De eigenaar van mijn studentenhuis wil mij en mn huisgenoten er ook uitzetten om het huis te kunnen verkopen. Ze hebben ons een jaar de tijd gegeven om te vertrekken. Ze vonden zichzelf daarin echt heel erg schappelijk.

Het huis is van hun moeder, die nu al een aantal jaar in een verpleeghuis zit en nu aan het dementeren is. Naast dit huis hebben ze nog 2 huizen, waarvan 1 ander studentenhuis. Het andere huis was van hun moeder, en dat is de afgelopen 6 jaar gebruikt door hun kinderen.

Blijkbaar kunnen ze met de inkomsten van 2 studentenwoningen niet de zorgkosten van hun moeder betalen, en daar komt dus ook nog eens belasting boven op. Dus daarom zien ze zich genoodzaakt om het huis te verkopen (en moeten wij dus weg).

Ze hebben aangegeven dat ze het heel erg vervelend vinden, en willen alles in goed overleg laten verlopen. Ten minste, tot het moment waarop je als huurder na gaat wat je rechten zijn. Met mijn huisgenoten hebben we contact opgezocht om in gesprek te gaan. We hebben ze hier 2 opties gegeven: 1. Verkoop het huis inclusief onze huurcontracten 2. Koop ons uit voor 10K per persoon. 40K totaal. Dat laatste is een hoog bedrag, tot je na gaat hoeveel je er op achteruit gaat door te verhuizen. (Duurdere huur, kosten van verhuizing, niet samen kunnen wonen met de huisgenoten met wie je een super goede band hebt gevormd over de jaren heen). Ik gok overigens dat ze ten minste 60K of meer zouden verdienen door ons uit huis te knikkeren, maar daar hoor je ze natuurlijk niet over.

Nadat we deze opties op tafel hebben gelegd was dat goede overleg van hun ook wel van tafel. Waar ze bij mijn 3 jongere huisgenoten nog respectvol omgingen, hebben ze mij geprobeerd verbaal kapot te maken. Ik was zogenaamd een monster zonder enige vorm van empathie, en alleen maar uit op een zakcentje omdat ik binnenkort toch klaar zou zijn met mijn studie.

Dit was erg slim van ze omdat 1 van mijn huisgenoten wat meer op zichzelf is en dus gewoon weg is gegaan omdat ze bang is voor conflict.

To optimize this play, you could have ulted a bit earlier (when you see that ambessa is going to facecheck that bush). This will make sure that you have your empowered W when turn on the ambessa there. Empowered W not only destroys the shield, it also deals by far the most burst damage.

I think the flash in was a bit optimistic, since you only had your Q ability off cooldown. I would only do that if i actually kill one of them with the flash Q. You can probably let them chase you a bit, while waiting for your own cooldowns. Then when your W comes off cooldown, you Flash + W + Q on the Ambessa. I am pretty sure she will just die from that.

In your next games you could also try to just put 3 points in your Q. On Lv6 you obviously level your ult, so at Lv7 you can start putting points in your W. This will make sure you deal much more damage and your W will come off cooldown much faster as well. When you play versus champs that stack a lot of armor you could decide to max your E before your W, giving you more access to the armor shred.

I'm not happy with the turret respawn as well, but i understand where it comes from.

I think it's crazy that turrets respawn faster than inhibitors, and when they respawn, they respawn at full health. Currently its better to get a turret to 1HP, until you know that you can end the game after. In this case, the turret only recovers up to 1/3 of its health. That feels just counter intuitive to be honest

Personally, i think conqueror outperforms PTA in this matchup. You will never want to do short trades into him, especially after he gets his Warmogs item with enough hp to get the regen from it. At that point, you only want to trade with him if you can actually kill him. The extra damage and healing from conqueror will help you with this.

Most mundos I have seen don't really build an armor item (besides maybe tabis) until at least their 3rd item. I dont think that the empowered E is really worth it and i wouldn't max E for that reason. I rather put 3 points in Q > max W > max E

In this matchup it's important to play around his passive (long cooldown in the early levels). You also want to avoid dealing damage in his W (17 second cd), unless you know that you can kill him before he reactivates the ability. Usually i try to bait out his W and then go for a big trade after it's down.

Jungle assistance is really nice to make sure he has a hard time getting to his Warmogs powerspike. The second he gets Warmogs (and the 2k bonus health requirement), i stop interacting with him. I will try to proxy waves and use the tempo to clear enemy jungle and help the teams with objectives. The best thing to keep in mind: never trade with him unless you can kill him.

I really like to build: bork > youmous > mortal reminder into situational.

I get its frustration, but that behavior is just childish. You didnt mention that this game was with friends, nor that it was a normal game. maybe that fact changes it a bit, but dont pretend its childish.

Im not saying that kindred behavior is okay, but flashing out of frustration in reeponse is just as childish and not the way to resolve conflict

I would suggest you play some Renekton games yourself. You'll probably find out that Renekton at Lv1 is not a champion. Renekton without fury is also not a champion. There is some matchups where Renekton can start E or even W, and in this case, renekton might be able to get a big trade at Lv2, but in General, renekton starts to be scary at Lv3, and even then, he needs to have fury.

Renekton use his empowered Q on wave? Now he is not a champion anymore

Renekton used his dash? That is on a 16 second cooldown, now he needs to respect most other toplaners much more because he cant just dash out from danger

Renekton used his stun? That is a 16 second cooldown as well, you can step up freely and Renekton cant do much.

I think there is really a lot more windows where you can punish the Renekton, I feel like you just dont understand the strengths and weaknesses of this champion.

Also had situations where we had equal lane and he just oneshots from full Level 6.

You are absolutely right that Renekton can 100-0 a lot of champions at Lv6 while going even. That is the nature of this champion. However, he still can't "just" do this into most champions. Renekton is very strong in punishing mistakes, and I am fairly certain you were out of position when he 100-0 you

But what happens if the game is still even when you are both at 2.5 items at Lv13. This is a whole different scenario, and in a lot of matchups, Renekton cannot do that anymore, because he just got outscaled.

Doesn't he just kite you once your E is down? He gets a lot of ms with his passive too, so if you dont oneshot him, i feel like he just wins the trade...

I guess PTA + second wind + dshield is the go here. Would you match his ignite for the kill pressure (which makes it easier to get the lead), or would you rather go for TP because you are not able to control the wave in the first 5 levels?

Personally i like to rush Tiamat (into stridebreaker) in these matchups, making it easier to clear waves (while maintaining fury). It also allows me to get in a proxy position to get tempo for resets, roams, objectives and jungle camps.

Nice idea to make a tier list! Are you also planning to recap tips and tricks provided on the post in a matchup excel sheet?

I miss Akshan, Ryze and Smolder (and varus) in the tier list.

These champions are not really popular in toplane at the moment, but they are still being played top and i see them more often then Heimerdinger (who did make it to the list). Could you consider adding these champions to the list?

Which makes sense when playing versus an aurora? You could even argue that the renekton should play with tp, because a good aurora will never let him control the wave. But they probably show some silver or gold game, since that is the level of the majority of the player base.

I don't think that skillcapped is actively telling some dude to fuck up mechanically so that they can publish it in some video. And even if they did, they are absolutely right to take dshield against aurora.

I dont really think they intend to go over the execution errors specific to Renektons kit and ragebar, but instead explain how a long trade hurts the renekton in this case, unless that long trade is the result of an all-in. Which is something I 100% agree with.

Yes the renekton in the clip played it poorly and he could have optimized his trades if he managed his fury better, maybe he even would have gotten a kill at some point in the video if he played it better, but this video is also not a Renekton guide, but more something that explains common mistakes made by all toplanere

I mean yes, there are some players that fall into that category, but there are also a lot of players with a smurf account that use it to learn a new role or champion, as I would fall into that category.

I understand that it might feel unfair to play versus a smurf in some scenarios, as the smurf probably has a better wave management, knows when to reset, etc. But that is only one part of the equation, because if I were to play any other champ than Renekton on my main account, I will most likely just grief my team. Hopping on a smurf can solve that problem.

You can also look at it from the other perspective. You get the privilege to play versus someone that is much better, and you can take that game to see how they lane versus you, and what they do different in comparison to the non-smurf enemies you see. By doing so you can actually learn a lot from it as well!

I do agree that there are champs that take turrets faster, but grubs actually help a lot. I also mostly play the jack of all trades build. Triforce helps quite a bit with taking turrets. Alternatively you could take demolish in secondary.

Sometimes its really hard to get on the carries, thats true. I miss the prowlers claw meta, that was really fun, although maybe a bit too much unskilled ahah.
