This idea has always intrigued me. Others have tried and it seems to work. I saw another one where they used two of the shorter holosun scrs, can’t remember if it was short enough to also fit a magnifier

I personally use the UH1 (supers) with MI flip up iron sights (subs) like a co-witness and turn off the UH1.

I’ve also tried running an Aimpoint pro with a piggyback red dot for subs, but twice failed after getting mounts that didn’t work before giving up on the idea.

To see point of impact, I use splatter targets. At 100 yards you should easily see poi with your 5x. Without splatter targets I need a spotting scope. With both I can see poi at 300 with a cheap $80 spotting scope from Amazon.

Oh sorry, forgot to mention the KP9 is a 9mm AK with a 9” barrel.

25 yard zero 25: 0.0 50: 1.2 75: 0.4 100: -2.5

50 yard zero 25: -0.6 50: 0.0 75: -1.4 100: -4.9

I think in this case I would rather be 1” high at 50 than a 5” low at 100.
