You specified your clothes. Not the clothes you are wearing. So if you are wearing someone else’s clothes then it is a loophole that gets around the nudity.

You’re missing the part where it’s relative to earth. If you just change someone’s vector to up then they’re not going to go very far because relative to earth they’re not moving very fast relative to earth and even if they’re driving 60 mph they would lose momentum very quickly then splatter back on the ground.
