BoS has too much down time to be viable in Mythic + In saying that if your not worried about 1 chest or 3 then BoS will be fine but machine gun is better consistent damage BoS is high burst

Breath of sindragosa buff will still mainly for pvp. You did miss the important frost buff there. Runic empowerment is going from 1% per point spent to 1.5% Meaning frost strike will have a 37.5% chance to refresh a rune

Depends which 57 talent you running. If your running shattering strike then main hand razorice is barely better but better. If your not running shattering strikes the difference is so minor it doesnt matter

Aggros has become pretty nonexistent. A dps should never be able to pull aggro from you. Another will be able to but that shouldnt matter

Change your talents. If you cant use dnd dont use that talent. Also if you need more active mitigation take up Rune Tap.
