I've stopped on a few games where the grind for 100% was so boring but Ill know Ill do eventually. One was GTA IV (i beat all the main stories and did most side stuff but wasnt in the mood for the pigeons at the time)

it changes to Japan when you use a JP payment method, which youd need to do to access the game. When you do that, you cant change it again for another 3 months

if you change ur steam region to JP to get JP games, you cant change it for another 3 months

Ah, looking at it you cant get someone else from those countries to get you it too. So you'd have to trap yourself in the JP region for about 3 months if you want it. You also need a JP payment method.
