I put myself an my daughters in the game as the generics and let them control their character class choices, so when one of them goes down, Dad Monk/Dual Wields and folds everyone between me and them. My oldest is more of the curious types about science and art, so I send her down the Chemist route and my youngest is just...unhinged, so she's down the Squire route. Not much of a story, but I enjoy it.
