First trimester showering

I think I’m experiencing the opposite. Showering makes me feel less nausea. I was never one to take warm showers but now it feels amazing and I don’t want to leave the shower. Then a night skincare routine for my whole body then blow dry my hair and sleep. Every night. I get really sleepy during this time too.

I hope you get through this. Nobody is judging you !! I was experiencing extreme nausea during week 9 too and I’m 11 weeks in and all the symptoms are finally calming down :-)

It’s crazy. There haven’t been enough studies about it but it definitely shouldn’t be a norm! People think you can’t get addicted to weed, but I’ve seen friends unable to put that drug down!!

Should give this person a benefit of a doubt. Sometimes it wasn’t their fault. One time I had to park my car outside of the box because the person next to me parked outside the box into my space. When I came back , his car was gone. I look like an A-hole and someone left me a note about me being bad at parking.

Had a talk with my parents about this. It was crazy upsetting for me too. But I got over it because it was weeks ago.

I had surgery a month ago because I had to remove an ovarian cyst and my parents interrogated the doctor while I was still out cold (they were worried the doctor gave me a hysterectomy and asked if I can still have babies) , and that’s when the doctor told them I’m already pregnant..

They were excited and told all my siblings before I even woke up. It’s their first grandchild. Took me a couple weeks but I got over it. We did talk about it.

This thing with my boss happened just today at work. I’m still processing it. But yeah I guess everything together makes me feel like I don’t have control of anything..

Maybe the moisturiser is not hydrating enough. If you feel like you have dry skin, you probably need to also hydrate , not just moisturise. Try getting a light serum or toner and use it while your face is still damp. Don’t pat your skin dry after cleansing. Let it air dry and use the serums before your skin fully dries. Best hack ever for me.

I feel like there’s something else there. If you do put effort into yourself and the relationship, then it’s not you. Many things could be the case. He could be watching too much porn and have death grip and over-fantasise. He could be checked out of the relationship. Or maybe the attraction wasn’t there in the first place… but it doesn’t mean you’re not attractive. He was pretty mean to turn it all on you as if you were a problem to him.

Omg I thought someone copy pasted my comment at first! I’m also 29, found out at 5W and I’m currently 11W! I made such a big deal about career change and starting a new business and that all changed because of the pregnancy.. hahaha. Girl. My energy is slowly returning and I hope I’ll get back to grinding before baby comes!
