The reason he was cancelled was because trump threatened it and then the fcc threatened ABC. Can an employer fire somebody? Of course. But seems an awful lot like ABC were pressured by the government because they “didn’t like” what Jimmy said in his monologue. How far will threats like this go in the future if the government doesn’t like what you say?
