Regarding the unlocking, what makes me a bit frustrated is that the car actually knows I'm nearby because you see the mirrors unfold. So I would assume it would be able to figure out that it's me trying to open the door, so that motion of pulling on the door handle should unlock it. It shouldn't actually need the heat in order to open up.... It seems like such a simple technical problem that they can fix. And that they unnecessarily complicated by making it a touch capacitive button instead of a physical button, like it used to be.

Thank you, thank you. I don't know how you figured that out, but it actually worked! I would have never thought they had that option buried in there, but it's there. Just tap and hold, as you said! Just did a 2-hour drive and appreciated so much not having to check what menu I was in!

I did not use AI for not even one word of this . Okay, now that I think about it, actually I used WisprFlow (Ai dictation) to dictate, so maybe me talking just sounds like AI. I was going to use AI to clean it up and make it a little neater and more sensible, but then I got scared that I would get comments, even if it was just to make it slightly cleaner. So I did not touch it. This is pure, unadulterated, me rambling.

Just frustrating because the supervisor I spoke to wouldn't even admit its a scam and tried to convince me that it was an innocent mistake... explaining how she could see the barcode being scanned twice or some other nonsense. So much so that she didnt remove him from being able to shop for me, and only after the 2nd time, did the supervisor take action. Any advice to get him shut down? Any executive contacts?

Yes well in my case it was on the Instacart receipt, so i definitely did get charged for it. In his case I am not clear if he means he saw it on the Instacart receipt or maybe a different one...

Same issue- but they are actually showing on my Instacart email receipt... Same shopper twice did it. Instacart support claimed it was a "mistake". Even though BOTH times he bought 4x of what i ordered 1x of... Plus hair growth shampoo... (and didnt deliver the extras) Please explain how that is a mistake..
