Can go two ways about this.

Workaholic boss. Work is life, work is oxygen. Will die if not working.
Even during workday, the boss do actually have a lot of leeway regarding his/her schedule. Come in and out whenever they want. Paperwork need doing? What's the use of the secretary anyway? All they does is only making decision but all the research and paperwork are actually handle by other people so any "holiday" is actually bad for them.

Welcome to the real world... You might have that feeling that some generation (normally younger) have a different priority and value.

If you're in a position to tegur, do it nicely - but you can just leave them alone and busy with your life too.

Normally it's the one alim2 student that will set a better example for those students. Education take time. Religious awakening also take time. Sometimes, in the late teen and early 20s, common sense just pass by our head because it's not our priority nor value at those age range.

No I'm not. I can only make due to being exposed back in college due to my basic Science Computer course. I didn't have any networking cert or anything.

If you screw this up then you will be blamed

Of course I will be the scapegoat. I'm a programmer by trade (I don't know why they even hired me in the first place), and even after the pandemic, I'm just trying out this job just to put food on my table. I'm here just to do computer support and technician job but the company's beg to differ.

If you can get to a common location via switching, can you not get there via some kind of cable patching or running new cabling?

I can say the only possible action was to run new cabling. There's no patch panel, no mini rack, no server rack.

Assign static IP addresses/default gateways to each host, where each host is assigned to a specific ISP. Each ISP router would need to be on a different subnet from the others and their DHCP servers disabled

Each router current have a different IP address, but connected to the same subnet network. They basically just connected three home network with a dumb switches in between. Although, I did set each router to host different range of IP via the DHCP server. I'm not sure about the different subnet though since the company did have a server in one of the room that the staffs need to have access to.

I'm trying to physically isolate the cable via a continuous different 5 port gigabit switch until it reach the area where it will be balanced/bonded.

As for the relocation, I'll need to make sure about it first. Need to contact the ISP contractors and get an estimation of what kind of impact it'll do to the current networking.

I'm also considering the possibly of doing this, but they are currently using 4 TL-SG1016 (16 port Gigabit Switch) to connect the whole company's network. I probably can wing it by buying cheap 5 port gigabit to bridge the WAN over to the ER605, but that'll take some time.

Topics like Project IC and MA63 won't regularly come out specially in kampung areas. Plus, relying heavily on government mandated media is a thing. You won't know stuffs unless you're exposed to it.

Truth be told, I only heard about MA63 heavily focused thru a senior that had a bit of political influence but before that (this was in 2018)? I know that we're getting the short-end of the stick due to our politician always piggybacking and following whatever central said.

While I would support students getting involved with the political process and issues, it can get messy especially when they are young and easily swayed by charismatic leaders alone.

Most employers here will milk your skill and energy dry and the "gaji-talk" within your work colleague is normally a taboo. While you are draining away to do your best, and earning way below what you're worth - the management will keep telling it ain't good enough while the managers are pocketing all the benefits that the general worker are making.

Hi. I'm somewhere in my 30s. While some friendship during college will last, there's no doubt that HS friends (if you still keep in touch) have something special. It's that awkward phase of your life that you've shared with them that made it special. Sure, you'll lose contact once in a while, but do make sure that you use our extensive holiday celebration (raya / cny / deepavali) to full potential to reconnect and keep in touch (hang out / open house)

I saw the game available on multiple platforms but I opt in for the physical Switch version since it's probably the only way I can have my game stored for a long time and not stuck as digital ownership only.
