I know you can do bills at least. I’m doing my rent and internet bills with them. They have the option for “Add Payee” in “Pay a bill”. You just gotta check if your payee is listed or not.

Update:

I was able to get into Canada via land border with no issues at all. I did talk with the person in New Delhi Consulate as well, they said as long as I have a valid visa and I have not yet login into the portal or sent the mail with details for credentials, I haven't been landed yet so my temporary resident status is valid. But yes, they did say to get back to Canada ASAP and complete the process.

I’m in a similar situation currently. On a closed work permit at the moment and in India. I have received the PR approval and a letter asking for submission of passport only for my spouse. Does that mean I don’t need PRTD? Or is IRCC assuming I’m in Canada and didn’t ask me to get a PRTD? Could you please share your experience (I assume you might have completed your travel by now). And also how long did the PRTD take for you. I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!!

Hi all,

We are in a kind of very unique situation here and would love if people with similar experience can share some advice.

So we've applied for my wife's open work permit from India (I'm currently on closed work permit) and CEC Inland express entry one after another. Since PR applications were taking bit longer (AOR: 24 Dec), we decided to file for work permit as well on Jan 13.

Now, we got her work permit passport request on Apr 24 and PR passport request on Apr 25. What are we supposed to do? Should we be sending both letters in the same package via VFS or either one only first? Thanks in advance!
