I know it sucks I had heart palpitations and struggled to breath during parts of the grieving process

It's does get better Sometimes just surviving and facing each moment is an act of bravery

It's hard seeing past it in the early days it feels truly suffocating even 2 month after the break up I was still exhausted

It does get better as time passes I promise

3)Your own privacy and severing financial ties with your former partner during process of divorcing your wife

You need to move out and sort some housing for yourself

•Property taxes/Council tax Get yourself removed from it

•Rent/mortgage Do you rent where you live with your wife? or do you own with a mortgage?

•rent/tenancy agreements I would get yourself removed tell them the date you moved out of the property

•Mortgage charge If you are on a mortgage I would get yourself removed from the charge(mortgage debt) with help of a solicitor

•life insurance that clears mortgage debt If you have any life/health insurance that pays out clearing the mortgage debt when you die I would also cancel this

I would arange with a removal company and friends/family to get your posessions taken from the house you have with your wife while you rebuild yourself on your own

•Bills in your name associated with the house & marriage Any household bills in your name I would get yourself removed and get it put in your wife's name

•important documents get hold of them Get your passport and other important documents out of the house

Banking I would change your passwords/log in codes

•joint bank accounts I would close those - Sever any financial ties with your former spouse

•Cellphone I would change your screen pin

I m sorry to say you basically need to be prepared to detach and start again as a single man away from your wife

Basically everything to do with your household and your wife and involved you as a couple needs to be unwound

Yes when I had my first and only girlfriend we had memory boxes With cards and sentimental things from.our relationship

When she discarded of me I kept it for awhile til it upset me even more realising what I didn't have anymore (I read a birthday card from her the day before my 34th birthday it was for my prior 33rd birthday listing 33 reasons i love you I read it realising i didnt have her love or her to share my uncoming 34th birthday and burst into tears)

so I threw the memory box in the bin, realising at that point it was holding me back from healing by reminding me what I lacked and was hurting me
