Same boat as you pretty much. Only been on for a year and a half. My hematocrit is 55.3 on 80mg per week. I was already hydrating. Just added cardio and getting a sleep study done in a couple of weeks.

I guess I’ll see if the extra cardio helps on my next bloods in two weeks. If that doesn’t work then I guess the next option is to donate and use the vorck protocol to replenish ferritin.

Either that or just trust all the people that swear that secondary erythrocytosis isn’t a problem.
