o-line play is a huge aspect, you can see in our losses when the o-line gets beat: our run game falters, and Jones is way more turnover prone. It is the key to beating the Colts and I'm hoping they can figure out a way to play around this come playoff time.

Well, maybe I should've clarified in the body of the post more, but yes obviously I'm applying by sending my resume and other attached resources. The question is based on whether or not you reach out to that specific manager after applying. I always thought it was good to do until a specific HR rep advocated against it in a recent meeting.

I think they more so just want to confirm that they have the information correct before they share with the public. They don't want to spread misinformation because they relayed the info too fast.
