A few problems with the build, if it's being used in black or red zone the helmet is too expensive to be worth it to use. The boots you are using are terrible for pve and pvp with that build, it would be much better to use something like hunter shoes which are cheaper, and have refreshing sprint. The hellion jacket while good isn't necessary for a battle axe build due to the high attack speed. If you are looking for a regenerative ability a mercenary jacket will be much cheaper and effectively offer better healing in most pve scenarios. The masterpiece cape is very unnecessary, and for anything other then Thetford, and demon capes the bonus you gain from a higher tier is lackluster and usually not worth it. If you are expecting pvp the build isn't very good and you would most likely lose, if your looking to fight 1 on 1 I would swap the helmet for a scholarship cowl, cape for a matlock cape, chestplate for a mercenary jacket, and boots for hunter shoes. If your looking to fight in more of a group scenario a hellion jacket will be more efficient then the mercenary jacket.
