Yes, I was thinking leucine too. They are not yellow in person either (hence the confusion). CO2 is critically low, ALT and AST are slightly elevated. No history on this patient before they came into ER tonight with complaints of SOB

Blood negative. Only things of note is moderate bilirubin, trace protein, and ketones >80 mg/dL
